This month I ventured up the coast to Avila Beach to talk to Scott Remenga, owner and winemaker at Alapay Cellars. He and his wife Rebecca are always incredibly gracious hosts and I enjoy visiting their beautiful tasting room downtown. Alapay Cellars only sells their wine through their wine club and tasting room, so make sure to stop by and taste the next time you’re in the area…they have some truly unique and delicious wines, as well as a lot of fun events coming up this summer!

I then headed up to Paso Robles to talk to Katy Smith, the hospitality manager at Eos Estate Winery. This was my first time visiting their gorgeous grounds, and I was impressed by the newly renovated tasting room. If you’re looking to try some big, bold Paso Robles red wines or the sweeter dessert wines…this is the perfect winery for you!
